DON’TS OF MANGO
DON’T DRINK WATER:
Some people have this habit of drinking water after eating fruits. In such a situation, if you drink water after eating mangoes, then it affects your digestive system and can even lead to diarrhoea. That’s why it is better to drink water only after half an hour of eating food or fruits.
DON’T DRINK COLD DRINKS:
If you drink soda or cold drinks immediately after eating mangoes, both are high in sugar and can spike sugar levels.
DON’T EAT CURD:
Many people like to eat mango and curd together, but this food combination can be harmful for health. Consuming both these foods together can cause stomach-related problems.
DON’T EAT BITTER GOURD:
Curd must not be eaten after consuming mango. If these two foods are combined together, it can lead to nausea and vomiting as per Ayurveda.
DON’T EAT SPICY FOODS
If you consume mangoes along with spicy food, it can cause digestion issues and this is why one must not consume spicy foods with mangoes.
